We have been using Escape Assistance since August 2023. We are a quarry in Teralba and as such there is a great deal of dust to contend with. They come in twice a week. The job they do is great. If there is something extra, we just let them know and they will do it.  If there is a job that is not done and this rarely happens, we let them know and the next clean the issue resolved. The staff are very capable in their job.

Overall, I would have no issue recommending them to anyone.

After about 5 years of trying different cleaning companies we finally found a cleaning company that meets all our criteria for helping us keep our home clean and beautiful!! Escape Assistance!
Before Escape Assistance, concerns we encountered with former cleaning companies, included:

1. using carers not cleaners to clean our home. These carers would openly tell us that they were not employed to 'do cleaning' and that they had no desire to clean other people's homes, but, in order to keep their jobs, they came to our home, and as you would guess, did not clean our home efficiently and regretfully, sometimes not carefully - Escape Assistance employs cleaners to clean our home!
2. having a high turnover of cleaners/carers - which resulted in no constant cleaner coming to our home. - with Escape Assistance we have had the mostly the same familiar Cleaners coming to our home since the beginning!!
3. many cleaners to arrive at our home, did not really know how to clean a home - Escape Assistance Cleaners know how to clean!!!
4. most cleaners took no pride in their work - Escape Assistance Cleaners take pride in their work!!
5. most cleaners were not familiar with using our cleaning devices and cleaners.- Escape Assistance Cleaners use their own familiar devices and tried and tested cleaners.

Lastly, all the Escape Assistance Office Staff and Cleaners have always been most friendly and considerate to any changes in cleaning times or additional cleaning we have requested.
