Does someone visit my house before a clean is booked? | We like to offer the opportunity for you to meet with us before we commence. We have found that to do a meet and greet with all potential clients benefits both yourself and EAS so that we are all on the same page as to what your expectations,needs and requirements are. We also believe in most cases this puts our clients at ease as they have a face to the name of our Operations Manager and/or Office Manager. We also believe this is a more personal way to conduct business, with good communication from the onset. |
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment? | Yes we do supply cleaning product and equipment. However, if you would prefer to supply your own due to allergies, or just personal preference then that is perfectly OK. Please note for commercial cleaning we do not supply sundries such as toilet paper, paper towel etc. however we are happy to source this and deliver to your premises, a separate invoice will be supplied for this service. |
What if I am unhappy with the result of the cleaning? | Your satisfaction is what matters most. Please contact the Operations Manager or Office Manager after the job has been completed, and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation. |
Are you insured? | We have all the appropriate insurances including public liability insurance. We will be happy to supply you with copies of the certificates of currency if you desire. |

Do I get the same Team Member/s on a regular basis? | Yes this is definitely our aim, however, please consider that sometimes your regular Team Member/Dream Team, may be on annual leave, sick leave etc. We will always notify you if this is the case before the clean. Please note all of our team members go through the same training and are held to the same quality and standard for the service provided. |
What screening process does our Team go through to give you peace of mind? |

Can I get a same-day booking? | We do not guarantee same-day bookings. However, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement. |
Do I have to be home for my cleaning? | It is entirely up to you. If you are not going to be home, make sure you let us know in advance on how to access your house upon booking the visit with our friendly team. |
Does my Team Member arrive at the exact time I book? | Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your Team Member will be late, you will be informed of your Team Members ETA immediately.. |
